Likewise, note that we treat violations of our Terms of Use very seriously, and we have no commitment to offer refunds to learners who are found disregarding these terms, regardless of whether their requests are made within the assigned refund period.
Please note that if a student does not like our course they can request a full refund within 48 hours. Essentially, we have no commitment to offer late refunds to learners who do not pass a course or Specialization, or who are generally unsatisfied with their last grade.
For Other Paid Services
- In the event that the student missed his/her first-class or need to cancel the registration without any notice then the student will be obligated to pay $400+GST. In this case, 48 hours fee refund policy will not be relevant.
- NZISD maintains whatever authority is needed to terminate a student’s enrollment whenever in the event that we find their conduct inappropriate. Full, partial or no refund will be given dependent on the offence.
- In the event that a student wishes to proceed with their course past the maximum study time frame, an extension charge of $150 will be charged per class until such a period as they complete their course.
- In the event of disagreement between parties and failing mediation, the maximum liability of NZISD shall be the return of any course fees paid.
- With the exception of as depicted in this Refund Policy or as expressly expressed as a major aspect of the sign-up process for a Service, NZISD has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers to some other Services.
Third-Party Marketplaces
Despite the previous, if you purchase or subscribe for a course or Specialization, or purchase some other paid Service, through a third-party marketplace, the refund policy appropriate to that third-party marketplace will apply, except if generally expressed by NZISD. Aside from as generally explicitly expressed by NZISD, the third-party marketplace will be exclusively responsible for making refunds under its refund policy, and NZISD will have no refund obligations. NZISD disclaims any duty or risk identified with any third party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.
